Risk Management Workshop 26 Jul 07 More than 30 insurance practitioners attended the Risk Management session held on 26 July 07 at the Capital Tower, FTSE Room. Ms. Geetha Kanagasingam (Principal Officer, Singapore Aviation and General Insurance Company Pte Ltd) gave a talk on the subject of the "Good Corporate Governance & Risk Management - Trends & Challenges". Ms. Geetha drew on her vast experience to illustrate her points with practical examples. The workshop culminated in a Q&A session in which practitioners were given an opportunity to pose questions as well as share their thoughts. Of the many aspects of Risk Management, Ms. Geetha placed particular emphasis on the developments in strategies that manage and mitigate risk through the use of managerial resources.
