Inspiring Younger Talent at Junior Colleges, Polytechnics and Universities, GIA conducted a series of profiling talks to broaden the career horizons of students/graduates by helping them to appreciate the global and dynamic nature of the General insurance Industry. At each venue, experienced practitioners spoke on the growth of the risk management and insurance industry, and fielded numerous questions from the highly attentive audience.The students/graduates learned about the speakers’personal experiences, motivations and passion for the industry, and also gained insights to the prospects, challenges and myriad pathways in this rewarding career.
